Syngonium Macrophyllum ‘Frosted Heart’ is a stunning cultivar which have cordate or ‘heart shaped’ leaves, instead of the typical ‘Arrow head’ shape that we are accustomed to. As the original species name ‘Macrophyllum’ would suggest, leaves can get quite large yet internodes remain short, resulting in a very leafy, compact climber. What accentuates this Syngonium, making it very striking and unique is the intricate detail on the leaves, creating an illusion of sketched lines. The combination of the sketched’ lines merging with the white and green, creates a frosted or icy appearance, which is why this Syngonium is also known as ‘Ice Heart’.
