Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped using only trusted and vetted door to door courier services to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

Collection option is available to be selected at checkout. Collection Point: 6 Jacobs Ladder, Amanzimtoti, 4126. We will notify you once your order has been packaged and advise on collection.

For courier Services, We offer a flat rate of R149 for deliveries to all major centers. *T&C apply.

*Special delivery rates may be applied to any outlying areas and addresses that incur delivery surge charges. We reserve the right to apply a top-up delivery charge to any order affected and will notify customers directly.

Orders over R1500 in value will be subject to free delivery. *T&C apply.

Orders are dispatched within 7 days of being placed and will take between 2 and 3 days to reach your destination after they leave us.

For delivery of live plants, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, this is to mitigate any unforeseen delays and avoid Your Plants from having to sit in a depot over the weekend. We want your Jungle Babies to arrive healthy and alive!

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Once your Babies are on their way, we will send you an email with your Couriers details and tracking information. On rare occasions shipping may take longer than anticipated once in the hands of the courier. Please understand that we have no control over this. But we will assist you in any way we can.   

Live Plants

We want you to be Happy with your New Jungle babies, so when your plants arrive, if you are not entirely satisfied with the condition, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged please ensure the delivery note from courier is signed as’ Damaged’ and contact us within 24hrs at  support@jungleboutique.co.za with photos and description of the issue.

We will notify you once we have received and evaluated your submission and advise you accordingly. Replacements and Store Credits are issued at our discretion depending on the level of damage to the plant. A Replacement or Store Credit may be refused by Jungle Boutique at any time. Please note that we will not be able to refund or replace plants after this 24 hour period.

Due to the fact that we have no control over the care the plants receive once they leave us, we cannot guarantee them once they have moved on to their new homes.

Gift Cards Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards

Jungle Prints / Accessories (Herein Referred to as accessories)

We offer a 14-day Refund Policy For online purchases of accesories . If you would like to return an accessory, please notify us via email and we’ll arrange a courier to collect the item from you. We will refund you the cost of the item, less the return courier fee, provided that we receive the products unopened in a resale-able condition and free from – Damages and tampering, Partial or entire disassembly or Any Physical alteration

For Returns or exchange, please contact support@jungleboutique.co.za We’ll evaluate your request, and if granted, will advise on options that are available to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange should you fail to comply with this Returns Policy.

Please note that shipping costs on returns or exchanges are covered by the purchaser.

Refunds will be processed via original payment method or via electronic funds transfer. Please allow for up to 7 working days for payments to reflect back into your account.
