Xanthosoma sagittifolium ‘ Variegatum Monstrosum ‘ are grown in our Jungle Nursery and harvested from Mother Plants in our Collection.
They are affectionately known as ‘Alocasia Mickey Mouse’ due to the distinctive ‘ear shaped leaves’ which come to a point with a tip and a tail. The leaves have striking layered variegation with new growth emerging in a Yellow to green and maturing into a White to green variegation. They also display a unique stretched or rippled effect to the leaves.
Definitely unique, Mickey Mouse might be the perfect addition to your Jungle!
