Epipremnum pinnatum ‘Cebu Blue’ also known as dragon-tail plant is a rare and unusual Epipremnum grown in our Jungle Nursery and is native to the Cebu Islands in the Philippines where its gets its name.
‘Cebu Blue’ is highly sought after Epipremnum pinnatum prized for its striking silvery blue, morphing fenestrated foliage. The juvenile leaves are elliptical to arrow-shaped, but as they maturity, the leaves become thick, smooth, glossy and ovate and fenestrated with deeply cut margins
This is a vining climber and when trailed in a hanging basket, the leaf size will stay small retaining its juvenile form. When grown to climb a structure, the leaves will increase in size and eventually fenestrate on reaching maturity giving its highly sought after ‘dragon tail’ appearance.
